PAPAIN 150,000 USP UNIT

 

DESCRIPTION

 

A 8mm in diameter, round, flat, scored, marked 'UPHA/BZYM' light blue tablet.

 

INDICATIONS


Beazyme acts as an antiinflammatory enzyme for use in conjunction with physical and/or chemotherapeutic measures for treatment of prevention of oedema and inflammatory conditions.

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS


Concomitant use with anti-coagulants, or in patients with generalised or systemic infections or with disorders of blood coagulation.

 

PRECAUTIONS


Safe use of this drug in pregnancy has not been established.

 

DOSAGE

 

Two tablets to be chewed or sucked 4 times daily for the first day, followed by one tablet 4 times daily for at least 5 days.

 

STORAGE CONDITIONS

 

Store in dry place below 30 C.

Protect from light.

Keep out of reach of children.
