Ointment
What is Bepanthen Ointment ?
Bepanthen Ointment, an oil-rich
ointment base formulation, is a preferred solution for diaper rash as it
offers better protection against nappy ( diaper ) wetness.
Bepanthen Ointment contains the
active ingredient dexpanthenol. Dexpanthenol is converted in skin cells to
pantothenic acid. Pantothenic acid or vitamin B5 is known for its skin
healing and repairing properties, and as such plays a part in both the
formation and the regeneration of the skin.
Hence, Bepanthen Ointment has a
dual action benefit helping you to protect and promote the natural healing
of your baby's delicate skin, against nappy rash.

If your baby has nappy rash,

active vitamin ingredient works to accelerate natural skin healing.
Bepanthen Ointment works in a combination of 2 ways to counter the effects
of diaper rash i.e.:
• Protection – When applied at
every nappy change, Bepanthen Ointment forms a long lasting breathable
barrier protecting against the irritants that can cause nappy rash.
