Dettol CreamDettol Cream

antiseptic-soothing-healing

Antiseptic
Dettol Cream is a specially formulated first aid cream for the family, containing powerful yet safe germ-killing ingredients. While it is extremely gentle to the skin, it has all the proven bactericidal action of Dettol used in hospitals for over 40 years and is effective against a wide range of harmful bacteria found on the skin.

Soothing
The Dettol Cream formula includes Almond Oil and Glycerine to make it gentle and mild to delicate skin. Dettol Cream helps to soothe minor cuts and grazes, insect bites and stings.

Healing
Dettol Cream, by its powerful germ-killing properties, helps to reduce the risk of infection in cuts and abrasions resulting from minor accidents. Dettol Cream has many family first aid uses.

Cuts and Grazes
Thoroughly clean the wound and surrounding skin by wiping gently with Dettol Cream, preferably with a piece of cotton wool or lint. For continued protection against infection, apply Dettol Cream again, and if necessary cover with a clean dressing.

Insect Bites and Stings
Apply Dettol Cream as soon as possible to help protect against infection.

As an Antiseptic Hand Cream
Hands may carry harmful germs, and these can very easily transmit infection to an injury, which can delay healing. Before handling or dressing any wound, your hands should be clean, and as germ-free as possible. Wash and dry them, and then rub gently with Dettol Cream.

Use Dettol Cream too on minor cuts and scratches that you get while doing housework or gardening. It will help to avoid infection if you rub Dettol Cream thoroughly into your hands after washing.

In the event of more serious injuries, you should consult your doctor immediately.

The tube of Dettol Cream is sealed to protect the contents. Open it by piercing the seal with the point on the top of the cap.
