Lecithin provides an excellent source of phophatidylcholine ( PC ), which
is essential to every living cell in the body and is the universal building
block for cell membranes. PC helps restore liver function. PC works
synergistically with milk thistle and dandelion in promoting liver health as
well as preventing gallstones formation.
PC has the ability to protect the liver against damage from pollutant
