Milk thistle and dandelion

 MILK THISTLE & DANDELION

Two major herbs that play an important role in improving liver health are milk thistle and dandelion. The active ingredient in Milk thistle, silybin, acts as an antioxidant to prevent free radical damage. Milk thistle helps in the production of new liver cells to replace the damaged old ones.

Recommended Dosage

As a liver tonic, take ONE tablet three times daily after food. For liver problems, take TWO tablets three times daily after food for the first 12 weeks or as recommended by your pharmacist. Dosage may be reduced to THREE tablets daily for maintenance.
